Silver olive branch ring with design inspired by the holy tree of Athens,the olive tree. The material is sterling silver 925, hypoalergic, nickel free, that doesn't irritate the skin.

Our company is a greek traditional family workshop lockated in Athens,Greece. Established by our grandfather Nikolaos passed to our Father Stelios and now we,Nikolaos and Alexandros the third generation of silversmiths try to keep our family's heritage alive, offering jewellery of exellent quality.

According to the ancient myths, during the ancient times, two of the Olympian Gods, Athina and Poseidon decided to compete against each other, regarding who will be the patron God of Athens, which was then named Kekropia. 
Athina’s gift towards Athenians was an olive tree. Ever since this became the holy tree of Athens, a symbol of peace and prosperity. 

From the modern name of the city we can tell who won in that competition…
